Privacy Policy

Nudgr is built by Linri AB (Sweden, EU). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it across all Nudgr apps.
What we collect
Account information
When you sign in, we store your email address and a randomly generated authentication token. We use your email to identify your account and deliver sign-in codes. We do not store passwords — authentication is code-based.
Your data
If you enable cross-device sync, your app data (tasks, lists, notes, etc.) is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3) and stored on servers located in the European Union. We never read, sell, or share your data with third parties.
Photos you add
Some apps let you photograph your own items — for example the cover of a record you own in Nudgr Records. Those photos are stored in EU object storage (Hetzner, Finland) and are reachable only through your own account. They are never published, indexed, or used for anything else. Deleting the photo in the app deletes the file.
Connected accounts
You can optionally connect a third-party account to an app — for example Discogs in Nudgr Records. The connection uses OAuth, so we never see your password. We store the access token you granted us and your username at that service, on our own EU servers, and use them only to make the requests you ask for (searching the catalogue, matching your collection, enriching a record you have linked). Your collection in Nudgr stays the source of truth; we do not write to your account at the connected service without you asking for it. Disconnect at any time under Settings → Integrations, which deletes the stored token.
Camera
Apps that scan barcodes use the camera only while a scanner or camera view is open. The video is processed on your device and never uploaded; only the decoded barcode number is sent, and only to look the item up. A photo is uploaded only when you deliberately take or pick one.
Technical data
We use Google Analytics on our website (nudgr.eu) to understand traffic. The app itself does not include any analytics SDK. To know which platforms to prioritise, the apps record minimal first-party usage statistics on our own EU servers — your platform (e.g. Windows, iOS, web) and when you were last active — kept aggregated and never sold or shared. When an app crashes or hits an unexpected error, a report is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. It contains technical details — the error, where in the code it happened, app version, device model and OS version — and is configured not to attach personal data or the contents of your collection. Your device may also send its own crash reports to Apple, Google or Microsoft if you have opted in there.
Your rights (GDPR)
As a user in the EU, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of all data we store about you.
- Rectification — Correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — Delete your account and all associated data.
- Portability — Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — Object to processing of your data.

Account deletion
You can delete your account in any Nudgr app via Settings → Danger zone. Deletion has a 14-day grace period. Log back in during this period to cancel. After 14 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers. See GDPR & Account Deletion for step-by-step instructions.
Third-party services
- Supabase (EU region) — database and real-time sync
- Hetzner (Finland, EU) — servers and object storage for photos you add
- Sentry — crash and error reports from the apps, without personal data
- Discogs — record catalogue lookups in Nudgr Records, and your Discogs collection if you connect the account
- Google Analytics — website traffic only (not in-app)
- Formspree — website contact form and in-app feedback submissions
